About The EDO
We are dedicated to improving the lives of underprivileged communities through sustainable projects focusing on education, justice, and fighting against poverty. Founded in 2018, we have grown to serve hundreds of people in Morogoro region in Tanzania.

Mission
Building a nation of highly educated/skilled girls and children, who withstand challenges, are economically independent, and provide excellent services to the community, respecting human rights and enhancing gender equality with good stewardship of available resources.
Vision
To anticipate a future where youth, girls, and children have a positive outlook on achieving sustainable development.
Purpose
EDO enhances employment opportunities for youth, young women, and young mothers through vocational skills development, agriculture, and horticulture training.
Objectives
- Raise awareness among youth and girls on their rights to engage in social, political, and economic activities.
- Involve community members in formulating by-laws to ensure accountability and responsibility in community activities, such as attending village meetings.
- Empower women and other gender groups to participate in activities that help mitigate and adapt to the impacts of climate change.
- Promote community-driven development projects that foster self-sustainability.
- Advocate for environmental conservation and sustainable living.
